YUCCA STICKS FLAVORED WITH FETA CHEESE

YUCCA STICKS FLAVORED WITH FETA CHEESE 

It is a  remake  inspired by fluffy yucca fries , but  flavored with   feta cheese.


INGREDIENTS:

-Good  quality  yucca root
-water
-abundant oil to  fry

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Follow  same instructions for preparing  fluffy  yucca fries  to do  the  dough and  tips  to avoid  the common mistakes as :  greasy  fries or  yucca sticks become into crumbs when are frying.  , add feta cheese and  omit the  salt.

TIPS:

Don't  add  to much of feta cheese to the dough   because it  breaks the surface of the  yucca sticks , so   it happens  it will  absorb  a  lot   of oil  and become  greasy.
