RECETA COCADA BLANCA COLOMBIANA
INGREDIENTS:
150 gr of natural grated coconut
100 gr of sugar
50 gr condensed milk
25 ml water
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat put the sugar and water leave the sugar melt and add the condensed milk
2. Then add the grated coconut and stir and don't stop to avoid golden some part of the coconut
3.Leave the preparation to dehydrate until you can see the bottom pan really clean.
4.Once it is done , immediately place spoonfuls of the dough onto a wet silicone muffin pan and shape with a spoon.
