 PASTRY COLOMBIAN AREQUIPE 



Firm arequipe  , perfect for pipping.




INGREDIENTES
-250 ml milk
-125 gr sugar
-1/4 tbs bicarbonate
-30 gr butter

INSTRUCCIONS:
1.Pre-heat a  heavy bottom pot  for about 3 minutes.

2.Put into the pot : milk, sugar, and butter .

3.Let the mix boil for  10 minutes.

4.10 minutes boiling after, add bicarbonate, Stir continued and cook until complete 25 minutes  and  arequipe's temperature reaches 115 C..

5.Pour into a bowl and let cool down. and enjoy.
