AREPA CHIPS
Arepitas super delgadas fritas , crocantes y deliciosas.
INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup of flour for arepas
-2 cups water
-salt to taste
-oil for frying INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Add water to the dough, knead dough until smooth, add salt and or seasoning to taste
2.Press the dough using a cast iron tortilla press or pataconera and cut with a cookie cutter
3.Fry in hot oil until golden
