CARAMELIZED COCONUT CRUMBS
This is a useful way to use coconut bran after having prepared coconut cream and coconut milk. The coconut bran still with a portion coconut flavor.This recipe can be used as pie filling , as replacement of almond praline.
INGREDIENTES:
- Panela
- Water
INSTRUCCIONES:
1.Weight the coconut bran and add the same weight in grams of Panela. 2.Add equal weight coconut bran in grams of water.
3.Cook over a medium-high heat in heavy-bottomed saucepan , stir to incorporate the ingredients.
4.When more than the half of the water has evaporated stir frequently to prevent burning and let the preparation dehydrate as largest possible until you can see the bottom of the pot looks clean.
