HOW MAKE HOMEMADE COCONUT CREAM AND MILK?
The preparation of milk and coconut cream at home bring an advantage over aside the obvious result coconut milk and coconut cream other useful sub-products can be obtained to be used with other recipes such as water and " coconut bran"

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Drill through the coconut's three holes (the germination pores) with a screwdriver or a corkscrew because it's relatively softer part of the shell, put the contents of the coconut into a glass straining to remove undesirable impurities in this way you get coconut water. Depending on the coconut's freshness you will get more or less quantity of coconut water , if the coconut water has an unpleasant smell is stale.

2. Remove off the coconut 's shell fibers and and leaves behind none because if you didn't do it the coconut will set on fire, when you place it on the heat. Heat on medium flame by a half minute each side let the shell halves cool down a little then using the knife try to remove the coconut flesh from the shell with a butter knife.
The shell also takes advantage hehehe don't throw it out if you are you're able to do dishes and/or bracelets with the coconut shell.
3. Weight the coconut. In a food processor put coconut and add 150% coconut 's weight in grams of water if you would like to prepare coconut cream or 200% if you would like to prepare coconut milk and blend.
4. Strain the blended mixture pressing with your hands to drain well the coconut bran or even better use a cheesecloth.
5. To make coconut cream let stand the strained liquid in a bowl for a while until cream floats and then carefully remove it from the liquid.
6.To make coconut milk don't remove the coconut cream .if after have added 200% the milk still concentrated add extra water as you consider desirable.
