INGREDIENTES
-1000ml reserved cooking liquid of guavas
-1000gr sugar
INSTRUCCIONES:
1.In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, stir together the sugar, reserved cooking liquid of guavas until sugar has dissolved cook until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms hard, brittle threads.
2.Immediately pour the sugar mixture onto a pre-wet surface.When the candy is cool enough for the outer edge to hold its shape, cut into bite-size pieces with a knife. Let cool completely before eating.
